Description: Is the grass always greener on the other side? Regardless of the type of work you do, there's always a way to bring your passions to work, creating an “evergreen” work environment. Flow is described by psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi as “the feeling of total engagement in the activity so that you don’t notice anything outside of what you’re doing. Our Greener Pastures activity asks participants to consciously reflect on the type of work that gets them in the zone and provides leaders and employees with the tools necessary to spend as much time as possible in their flow states. Empower yourself and your employees with flow to create greater authenticity, meaning and fulfilment, and more engaged and effective teams.
